Reservation Policy

Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit of the total reservation amount. Please note that check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 12 noon. If you need to reserve the room for longer there will be an extra charge of INR 1000 for 6-hours, subject to availability.

- We are unable to accommodate pets..
- Payment by credit cards or cash only.

Payments & Deposit

We accept payment by cash or credit cards. Rates quoted are based on double occupancy. Payments by credit card are charged a 2% processing fee.

Lost Items

We are not responsible for lost or left items, valuables or damage within the premises or parking.

- Cancellation and Reservation Date-Change Policy
- We charge a 20% processing fee of the total deposit provided the cancellation is received before 7 days of the arrival date.
- No refunds for changes made within 7 days of booking.
- No refunds are given for early departures or no shows.
- The same policy as Cancellation applies to Reservation Date-Change (subject to availability).
